Booking
After receiving your enquiry via our online form, email or phone call, we will send you our offer usually within the next 48 hours. If you are satisfied with the offer and wish to book, this is the procedure:
1. Upon receiving the booking request we will start making the necessary reservations (at selected hotel, golf courses, transfers, etc.).
2. Once all the reservations are confirmed, we will start creating a final itinerary for you. First when you receive this itinerary from us, we will send you the proforma invoice and payment instructions. The due date for the payment is based on whether it is an individual or group booking - you will find more in following paragraph named “Payment conditions”.
3. After the full payment is credited to our account, you will receive the Evolution Golf vouchers from us for all services booked.
Payment conditions
* Groups (10 and more persons) - 30 days prior to arrival
* Individuals - 7 days prior to arrival
Ways of Payment:
* Bank transfer (the sending side covers the banking charges of both sides)
* PayPal payment (we charge additional 3%; supports payment by: Visa, MasterCard, AmEx)
* Cash or by credit card upon arrival (in special cases - contact us for more details)
Deposits
* Individuals - no deposit is needed for all bookings based on accommodation in Prague hotel. For packages with accommodation in other Czech regions, we we require a deposit of 20%.
* Groups (10 and more persons) - we require a deposit of 20% of the total cost to secure the booking.
All deposit payments include a non-refundable 70 EUR service fee.
Cancellation conditions
individuals:
* 7 days and more prior to arrival - free of charge
* 6-2 days prior to arrival - 50% of total price will be charged
* less then 2 days or no show - 100% of total price will be charged
groups (10 and more persons):
* 30 days prior to arrival - free of charge
* 29-5 days prior to arrival - 50% of total price will be charged
* less then 5 days or no show - 100% of total price will be charged

Data Security
For successful booking, we require certain personally identifiable information from you; for example name, address, email address, etc.
We will not sell or rent any of these obtained information to any 3rd party!
Refunds
We will return money to you immediately (before your departure at the latest) for any insufficient services in its respective extent.
Insurance
We recommend you to have full and comprehensive insurance including a loss and damage of luggage. We are not responsible for any personal injury / illness / accident, neither for any damage / loss of personal items.
By making a booking, the client agrees to be bound by all the terms and conditions written above.
